<p>The servicedesk is a means of co-ordinating all support, sales and accounts queries. It will assist us in providing better quality and more responsive support to all our customers.</p>

<li>Online Helpdesk</li>
<li>Transparent Email and online query notifications</li>
<li>Knowledgebase of common problems as well as other useful information</li>
<li>Automated Service notifications via RSS feeds</li>
<li>And much more</li>
